What we deliver
The key components of our Nutricia at Home programme are:
- Easy registration by Healthcare Professional
- Delivery to patient’s home, workplace or alternate address as required
- Upon receipt of registration, Nutricia at Home Customer Service will contact the patient to initiate ordering
- Patients receive welcome kit including explanation of service, use of products, frequently asked questions and order forms
- Loan pumps and pump replacement service when using Nutricia products
- Patient support and education at discharge and in the home by the Nutricia Homecare Nurse Manager
- Invoicing of hospital, home patient or a combination of both

- Nutricia Clinical Care Line toll free number 1800 060 051 (9am – 5pm Mon-Fri AEST) provides the Healthcare Professional and patient access to expert advice and technical assistance.
