- Home delivery of prescribed PBS-listed products available from Nutricia (patients or their carers can self register)
Our dedicated Nutricia at Home Coordinators:
- Manage the scheduled delivery service to ensure clients maintain ongoing supplies of their prescribed products
- Provide reminders when new repeat prescriptions are needed
- Contact client each month to gain verbal permission to dispense the prescription for the next delivery.
- Follow up with client to ensure each delivery is received
